Club Charter
The purpose of a Toastmasters Member Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
Gavel Club Online Speakers became an officially chartered club under Toastmasters International on the 1st of October 2021. In order to maintain the club’s status as a chartered club, the membership of the club is responsible for ensuring the club adheres to the governing documents of Toastmasters International.

The Club Constitution signed by founding President Tom Gray and Secretary Amy Jones. Tom and Amy founded the club with Lucy Brooks and Teresa Cattermole.
Our members vote on the addendum to standard club options - it outlines details such as membership dues, when and how often the club meets and membership requirements.
