It was lovely to come to TM after an extended period when I wasn’t well. @Simon Feldman Toastmasters 22 you really must give a master class on evaluating. @Adrian Yearwood Toastmaster 23 one of the most insightful GE summaries I’ve heard at WMH-TM with many gifts for everyone – I thought you were spot on. Amazing to see @Jacob
Chencha Toastmasters 24 finding your voice and articulating so well. Great stand-in Presidents address by @Rishi and wonderful Grammarian performance by @Andrew Bott Toastmasters 24. Stand out quote by our Guest @Osama Elmi Toastmasters 24 Saying TM is “like a Gym for public speaking”. And @Paul Piccirillo Toastmasters 24 reminding me of the poem by Kipling called “I keep six honest serving men”. And then there was @Zoe’s Dad Sfeir – he made the role of TM look super easy – and I can tell you it’s not. What a fantastic speakers club – thank you everyone.
And here’s that Poem if you are wondering –
I keep six honest serving-men
They taught me all I know
Their names are What and Why and When
And How and Where and Who.
I send them over land and sea,
I send them east and west;
But after they have worked for me,
I give them all a rest.
I let them rest from nine till five,
For I am busy then,
As well as breakfast, lunch, and tea,
For they are hungry men.
